Account and Data Deletion Request

If you wish to delete your account and all associated data within the MysticalAI mobile application, please follow the steps below:

In-App Deletion

The fastest and most secure method is to initiate the account deletion process directly from within the MysticalAI mobile application:

1. Open the MysticalAI application.
2. Navigate to the Profile screen by tapping your profile picture in the top right corner.
3. Tap the "Delete Account" button at the bottom of the page.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to permanently delete your account.

This process will permanently delete your user record in Firebase Authentication, all your personal data in Firestore, and all your generated images in Google Cloud Storage. This action is irreversible.

Out-of-App Deletion Request (For Emergency Situations Only)

If you are unable to access the application and wish to request the deletion of your account, please send us an email at the following address. Your request must include:

• The email address associated with your MysticalAI account (the Google account you used to sign in).
• A clear statement of your deletion request.

Once your request is verified, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Data Retention

After your account has been deleted, some data may be retained for a limited period (typically up to 7 days) within the Google Cloud and Firebase services that provide the application's technical infrastructure. This retention is for legal and regulatory compliance, system performance, and debugging purposes. This also applies to features like Point-in-Time Recovery. This data will be kept strictly confidential and will not be used for any purposes other than those stated.

Uygulama İçinden Silme

En hızlı ve en güvenli yöntem, MysticalAI mobil uygulaması üzerinden hesap silme işlemini başlatmaktır:

1. MysticalAI uygulamasını açın.
2. Sağ üst köşedeki profil resminize dokunarak Profil ekranına gidin.
3. Sayfanın en altındaki "Hesabı Sil" butonuna dokunun.
4. Hesabınızı kalıcı olarak silmek için ekrandaki talimatları takip edin.

Bu işlem, Firebase Authentication'daki kullanıcı kaydınızı, Firestore'daki tüm kişisel verilerinizi ve Google Cloud Storage'daki oluşturduğunuz tüm görselleri kalıcı olarak silecektir. Bu işlem geri alınamaz.

Uygulama Dışından Silme Talebi (Sadece Acil Durumlar İçin)

Eğer uygulamaya erişemiyorsanız ve hesabınızı silmek isterseniz, lütfen bize aşağıdaki e-posta adresinden bir talep gönderin. Talebiniz aşağıdaki bilgileri içermelidir:

• MysticalAI hesabınızla ilişkili e-posta adresi (Google ile giriş yaptığınız e-posta).
• Silme talebinizin net bir ifadesi.

Talebiniz doğrulandıktan sonra, hesabınız ve tüm ilişkili verileriniz 30 gün içinde kalıcı olarak silinecektir.

Veri Saklama

Hesabınız silindikten sonra, uygulamanın teknik altyapısını sağlayan Google Cloud ve Firebase hizmetleri, bazı verileri yasal ve düzenleyici gereklilikler nedeniyle veya sistem performansı ve hata ayıklama amaçları için **sınırlı bir süre boyunca** (genellikle 7 güne kadar) kendi sistemlerinde saklayabilir. Bu, Point-in-Time Recovery gibi özellikler için de geçerlidir. Bu veriler, belirtilen amaçlar dışında kullanılmayacaktır.
